VOD download and video clip download
You should use a high speed internet connection (DSL,
cable, T-Lan or satellite internet) so you can
download our movies or video clips in the shortest time possible. You
will get the link from the website where you can
download the videos usually 3 minutes after you have
submitted your payment. The
website with the link to the video is valid for 72
hours. If for some reason you cannot save the video to
your hard drive within this time, please contact us at info@empress-empire.com.
How can I download the product I've bought?
After your payment please log into your user
account. Click on "My Konto" (My Account), then "Meine Bestellungen" (My Orders), and then the button "anzeigen" (show). At the bottom of the page you will find "Artikel herunterladen" (downloaded products). Click here on the product you have purchased. The download will then open automatically.
Can I watch the VOD films on an external DVD player?
You can burn the downloaded videos directly to a CR-R
700 and watch them on all DVD players support the
DivX mode. If your DVD player does not support DivX
mode, then you can change the data into SVCD or VCD
mode.
Why we use DivX for our VOD videos.
DivX is the mp3 for DVDs. The DivX format is of a
superior quality whereby data packets are very small.
DivX is supported by Windows Media Player and more and
more standard DVD players. You get high video quality
and small data packets, which insures the superior
quality.
I have placed an order. When will the package come and
who will deliver it?
We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours.
Our partner firms responsible for delivery are DHL,
the Netherlands Postal Service, the German Postal
Service, and UPS. It can take 3-5 workdays (within the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and other EU
countries) for the package to arrive. Overseas
packages usually take approximately 10 days. If you
don't receive your package within this time frame,
please contact us at info@empress-empire.com. The
processing of the order takes place after payment has
been received.
I have paid, but I can’t see the download button or the download file is not set to free!
Please check your IE Browser settings and switch it to:
“Setting your browser to always look for a new page:”
• With Internet Explorer open, click on the Tools menu at the top of the page.
• In that menu select Internet Options.
• A new window will open and in the middle of the page click on Settings under Temporary Internet files.
•Another window will open. Click on the button for Every Visit to the Page. This will tell your browser to always look for a new page instead of using the page that is in your cache.
