How can I download the product I've bought?
After your payment please log into your user
account. Click on "My Konto" (My Account), then "Meine Bestellungen" (My Orders), and then the button "anzeigen" (show). At the bottom of the page you will find "Artikel herunterladen" (downloaded products). Click here on the product you have purchased. The download will then open automatically.
Can I watch the VOD films on an external DVD player?

mode, then you can change the data into SVCD or VCD
